Dr. Dillow
Ryan Dillow, 27 - hails from the northern suburbs of chicago. Ryan has been proclaimed a doctor because of his surgical like mixing, not to mention his Dr. jekyll and Mr.hyde track selection. His record bag usually consists of half tech-step from Concord Dawn, Raiden, Counterstrike, Skynet, Dsci4 etc., and half dark-step like Evol intent, Tech itch, Submerged, T3MUL3NT, c4c, etc. That makes the perfect formula for an aggresive nerve implant performed by Dr. Dillow.

Lamebrane
John Lamos, 25 - Raised by a family of pygmys in the lower regions of the Adirondacks, John was introduced to the drum & bass sound at an early age. Being shepards, his parents would bang on drums and play the bass believing that the soothing sounds would increase fertility in the sheep. At the tender age of seven, John finally decided to leave the simple life of a shepard and go on an amazing trek across the world. This Voyage led him to Chicago, where he had decided to "set up camp" as they say. Through the teachings of Basho the zen philosopher, John had seeked out and found the electronic music scene in his new home...and when he heard "super sharp shooter" at a local rave, he instantly was brought back the the sounds that his parents would make with their instruments and the amazing likeness his father's voice had to Method Man's. Instantly he was brought to tears knowing that he could never find his parents again, but a strange rush of joy came over him when he realized his parents could live on through the art of DJ. Since then, John has become a part of the bassdrive family, has won 2 consecutive drum & bass dj battles, has become 1/4 of Chicago's Rotation cru - the fine folks who bring you the only weekly thursday night drum and bass session, and has also taken residency at Congo along with the furthersound cru. When asked "Are you a professional drum & bass dj?", John responded "No, I am a male exotic dancer, born only to treat the world to a cunning striptease, whether they like it or not. The only reason i dj is to keep my friends close, and my enemies closer."

Payload
Michael Hudson, 20 - Started dj'ing at 15 due to a friend that lived around the block who had decks for as long as I could remember. Started played dnb right off the start because of an interest in Photek and Source Direct. Eventually started working at the record store here in town, and learning how to mix, and getting to know everyone in the scene. Eventually got enough money to have my own decks. Started off playing dark anthem type tunes, then eventually evolving into playing liquid funk. Went through a bit of a soul searching thing for that, so I've been doing that for a long time now. Inbetween that, I got involved in http://www.dnbmassive.com with Brian Peace aka Pigz. That eventually switched over to http://www.dogsonacid.com. So now I have my hand in that. As for the future goes, loads of mix cds, and tracks coming out soon. CHEERZ.

T3MUL3NT
Judson Snell - Detroit, MI. (Ohm Resistance / Obliterati) - After years in the Chicago D+B scene Judson Snell (aka Temulent) makes his home in the land of carjackings, firebombings and relatively decent crack cocaine. Whereas most artists and producers implement current
trends and movements within the d+b spectrum, Temulent steadfastedly remains committed to the brash, unapologetic dark dancefloor stylings he's been producing and spinning out since 1996. With the reemergence of label partner Submerged and the Ohm Resistance and Obliterati imprints and two new 12"s already on the racks for 2005, the darkfloor evolution continues. Zew
Paul Ostaszewski, 28 - Originally from the suburbs, but a city go’er for 5+ years now, Paul is new to the Drum and Bass Scene. Five years ago, when he was presented with the opportunity of hosting Live BassDrive shows from his house, he jumped on it! Borrowing two turntables and a mixer from friend, he started off his first couple of shows hosting the likes of DJ Lauren Flax and DJ Phix. Phix went on to do more shows with Paul, brought in his tables and mixer as the permanent setup (at the time), and soon became what everyone knows as the "CHiTOWN Underground". Today, CHiTOWN Underground hosts as many local DJ's as possible, always giving the opportunity for someone to be heard! After two years worth of shows, and minimal toying with the decks, Paul decided he would take a stab at the DJ world. In the past year Paul has taken the initiative to spin on his own show, CHiTOWN Underground and in a few clubs within the city of Chicago. Paul's tune selection ranges from the liquid funk style of Mathematics, Marcus Intalex, Calibre, High Contrast NU:Tone as well as the hard driven sounds of Pendulum, Tech Itch, T3MUL3NT, Evol Intent, Concord Dawn and Dom and Roland. Paul is also one of the three owners of www.bassdrive.com.
